Hi everyone. This is Yuriko.

To start with, if you have not already, scroll down and read the last post: "Last Farewell", and check out our last releases for Candy Boy and Rakka Ryuusui.

Sadly, the last post was not a prank or a joke. Everyone is breaking up, and the decision to leave is my own.

Along the way I made a lot of mistakes, and did a lot of things wrong. It was a journey not without it's bumps, bruises, and accidents. I made promises, not all of them fulfilled. I made endeavors, many wasted.

Our dear readers, I hope you have enjoyed the trip. My number one goal this whole time was to bring you translations of your favorite yuri and promote its translation. That much I hope I have succeeded in doing to some extent. I pray that in the end, the good outweighed the bad.

The chatbox and commenting on posts will still be enabled.

All download links for previous releases up to the current date will stay up on the posts and TsundereTranslationsProjects.blogspot.com.

Most projects have been taken by other groups, please see the last post for details. tldr: Amnesian and Candy Boy are currently being translated by another group.

Now on to a more serious note. The title of this post, "Last Farewell" is exactly what it means. This is Tsundere Translations' final release and my final post. It has been an amazing year and half since this blog opened and while it was all fun and games, all good things have to come to an end sometime soon yes? Everyone in Tsundere Translations is leaving to pursue his and her own interests so please wish them all luck on his and her future endeavors and all the happiness in the world.

On the bright side (in a sense), not every series is being dropped. Most have been taken up by other groups.

Like life, we have our uphill struggles. And through it all, we fought, laughed, pranked and made some good, memorable memories together. Although we have lost some comrades along the way, in the end, we pulled through and had fun doing what we enjoy- scanlating scrumptious, delicious yuri. I hope everyone, including staff and readers, continue to thoroughly enjoy his and her yuri goodies and please support the wonderful mangakas by buying his and her works. One thing that I should probably point out is that the main character Mare (Mea) is called Mare by everyone but the kana used by the demons she interacts with is a different spelling from the kana used when her classmates and teachers call her. After debating on changing Mea to Mare we are keeping Mare as the name used when we see the Katakana spelling (メア) and Mea with the Kanji spelling (芽亜).

As usual, editors are needed. Amnesian chapters 8, 9, 10 and 11 are currently being worked on and we still do not know when they will be done. Well all hope it will be soon!

For those of you who don't know, this is one of Morinaga Milk's (yes, that same lady that does Girl Friends) earlier works. And perhaps one of her darkest yet. How she went from drawing adult stuff to dark stuff and finally to Girl Friends is beyond me.

This manga isn't for the faint of heart. It contains rape, hetero, tentacles, gore, and of course yuri (which isn't til later). Most of you are probably gonna go Waaaaah!?! and Oh my God!! :O... but if you can stomach what I mentioned earlier, Mare is a pretty good read and it's different, but whether it is a good or bad different is up to you.

This is an actual chapter, albeit a cellphone chapter, from Candy Boy volume 1. The first volume contains four cellphone chapters, this being the first one. Think of these cellphone chapters as mini bonus story, which it is really because this chapter focuses on Sakuya, the little midget loli girl with melon size boobs. Oh, and an obsessive and stalker loli to boot. But Sakuya is just too adorable to cast aside. She's too devoted to Kanada-chan and will do absolutely anything and everything to be with her senpai. Alright, a few things to say.

First: Hey look! An update! We're not dead! Just really slow!

Second: New names! Ryoko will be editing a few Comic Lily chapters as well as volume 2 of Twinkle Saber Nova. You'll be seeing a lot of Javi too. Javi is our new translator and Japanese script QC-er! He will be translating a few Comic Lily chapters himself as well as become the main translator for Amnesian. And Monkey is making a guest appearance from Tranquil Spring. Thanks for the help Monkey!

Third: Twinkle Saber Nova volume 2: I am scanning it myself and we have a script done for chapter 4. That will be out as soon as possible!

Fourth: Candy Boy chapter 7. Script is done and is currently being edited. It was a frustrating chapter, but with Javi's help, we have a complete script. Just wait for the edit!

Fifth: Zettai Shoujo Seiiki Amnesian chapter 8's script has been done for quite a while, but one of our editors cleaning it is currently MIA at the moment. I have no idea how much the editor has done or when they'll appear, it's frustrating. I'm currently trying to track down Sachiko from Lililicious, who is willing to do it, but she is unavailable at the moment too. There are delays, but we'll get it out when we can. We aim to do chapter 9 as well... should it take forever expect chapter 8 and 9 out at the same time from Javi and Sachiko.

Expect the release of chapter 8 within the month by Tsundere Translations.

But as for chapter 9 and on, I'm not sure about sticking to the series yet. If another scanlation group wants to take it up, I can talk with them about it. I'll at least want to try it for one more month.

I made an IRC channel, and anyone who wants to come in and chat may do so. Just follow the basic set of rules you would follow in any chat room and you're all set.

Eventually, I want to set my irc up so you can download my releases from me that way. That's down the road, and I'll figure it out eventually.

For all of you who are IRC illiterate, here is a VERY easy way to join the channel.

1) Go to Mibbit.com/chat

2) In the first drop down box, select Rizon as your server.

3) Enter a nickname.

4) Enter #TsundereTranslations in the channel box. Make sure you spell that right and include the #.

5) You should be in! Happy chatting! Just as long as you are courteous, respectful, and have fun, chat away!

Firstly, for anyone who jumped on right when I uploaded, sorry about the slightly faulty upload. I forgot to fix the page numbers. Thanks so much to tiny who spotted this right off the bat. The new links should be more than adequate.

So, two releases on this very special day, Candy Boy chapter 4 and Yearning for Macaron, a story from Comic Lily. Audio Erotica may have Keika 4 done today as well. Quite awesome, isn't it?

Well... it has been a while. One year. I started blogging only one year ago from now, with my first release in March. I can't believe it has been so long.

While I have no special other to share the day with, there has to be some love in the air. So, I just want to say that I love you all.

I thought this was going to be nothing more than a side hobby. But I'm happy I have gone this far with the blog. I found a real interest, a great hobby, and not only am I learning and practicing Japanese from it, I have made awesome friends.

There was another reason why I started blogging. For anyone who started reading my posts right when I started, you would know I had a very... let's say bumpy... Valentines Day that was three years ago this very day. It's been hard filling in the void I had in my heart since that day. But the fans and friends who I have met through this blog have really, really helped me.

Your support and comments have kept me going this long. I do this half for myself, and half for you. As long as I have at least one reader, I will keep releasing until I drop.

A happy early Valentines Day to everyone! Or should I say, I hope everyone has a happy one!

Wondering how your favorite Tsundere is doing? I-I'm just doing this update because I'm bored! Not like I like you guys or anything!

Firstly, Tsundere Translations wishes to introduce our newest member, Yuuna, who is a native Japanese speaker! Yuuna will be helping by checking my translations, and possibly doing some translations. We're glad to have you on board, Yuu-san!

Anyway, let's get to the translation updates:

Candy Boy 4: The raws are here! I'll have it out in English soon. Bet you can't wait! Hope Yi is ready to edit!
Keika: I hope you guys were ok with chapter 3. The story stays yuri with Keika and Tamae, but some creepy and crazy stuff happens. It only gets crazier. Chapter 4 will be fine, but 5 is crazier than 3. I translated 4 and 5 already, and Audio Erotica is happily editing them.
Nova: Chapter 4 is waiting around, translated but editor-less...
Speaking of Nova, AE found a Nova doujin written by the same author. We're gonna take a look at that.
Tenbin: Volume 1 is almost done! Dolor is getting 5 done, and I'm translating ch6. Naturally, we're moving on to Volume two!
Rakka Ryuusui: Kite should have the next release ready soon! Hopefully! School happened to Kite, so it may be a bit...

Comic Lily: I sent another script to Beotkkot. The chapter is titled: Yearning for Macaron. (Macaron is a french pastry thing) Let's see how she does! I plan to do more, but that's down the road.

And, coming up...
Hayate Cross Blade Doujins: Audio Erotica is getting a whole bunch of Hayate Cross Blade doujins in from ebay. My favorite series! We're gonna take a look and see if we want to translate some! Do I hear any HXB fans out there?
Hanabira 3: Ok, to be honest, I got stuck and haven't worked on it recently. With Yuu-san around, expect some progress soon! Hey, you guys have the complete first game coming from Count Pacula soon, so that's really cool! The Count is probably going to move on to help me with 3! Awesome! That means 3 comes out even faster!
Scape-God: This one looks awesome, crazy, and epic. It has a lot of dialog though. Expect that one to release slowly.

Tsumugi is saved by the manga writer from some bullies, and decides to work for him. Tsumugi seems to be from a group called the White Kamikaze, which we no nothing about yet, but they seem to pursue Keika for some reason. But Tsumugi looks up to Keika as an older sister. Keika and Tamae go through a session of torturing information out of him. For those of you still worried, yes Keika and Tamae still maintain their relationship established in chapter 1, even in this chapter.

Tenbin: Dolor seems to be missing in action. I'm waiting for the ch3 and ch4 edits before I start 5. Every now and then she gives me a status update. Hope she is doing well.

Rakka: I'm in the process of starting chapter 9. I bet Kite already has the edits for 7 and 8 done.

Nova: Yi dropped Nova. I'm putting it on hold for now, and I shall return to it someday soon. I'll work on getting a full volume 2 script, then I'll post it for whoever wants to do it.

Keika: Audio Erotica is having some technical issues and editing has become tricky. I'll give you an update when she's back in action. Chapter 3 is translated, I'm starting 4, and she will edit 3 when possible.

Keika mini update: some people may not like chapter 3, so I am releasing 3 and 4 together.

More Fortunate News:

Candy Boy 3 is translated! Yi is editing right now. I made Candy Boy a priority, so at least that was done on time.

Comic Lily: Sent a one shot translation to... BEOTKKOT! She's back! Audio Erotica is going to scan more of it, and I'll see about getting more one shots from it done. (Just the ones Lililiscious aren't doing, I haven't seen any other groups say they were working on it. If someone is, please contact me. FYI: We did the chapter titled "Angel Drop" first.)

And Hanabira:

Hanabira 3 is progressing very slowly. The script is broken up into 15 "chapters", and I barely have some progress on the first one. I will say this: it IS going to take way more than a month.

Keep in mind everyone that I am only one translator, and I may have taken on more projects than I should have.

My classes begin again on the 25th. I have two weeks to pull an overtime and see just how much I can translate. Looking for a second job may cut into that, but who needs sleep, right? Wish me luck!

But if you can enjoy it for what it is, then please, feel free to read it.
After all, things like Simoun and Kashimashi don't fit the genre either, but they're still great stories, right?

I really really appreciate the art Yi has done for me. Isn't that a beautiful banner?
I decided to stick with just a banner. I wanted to have some art on the sides, but people with small monitors wouldn't see it.
Also, PROJECTS PAGE! Perhaps some would find this a welcome addition.
Rather than waste a ton of post space, I guess I can give you a status update.
Dolor is editing Tenbin 2. I'm currently up to ch5 on scripting.
Yi is editing Nova 4. I'm partway through chapter 5 on scripting.
Kite is working on RR 4-6, and I'm translating 7.
The next Candy Boy is due out in December. Just like last time, Yi, Audio Erotica, and I are going to triple team it.
I haven't heard from that mysterious anonymous in the chatbox.
Audio Erotica says that she wants to edit Keika ch2. I have to start that.

Hey guys, I just need to send the version 1 back to Yi to fix a couple errors. But you guys are probably dieing to read it. Here's the biggest error fix: On page 3: the text near Kanade's head should say "I didn't forget, but...". There are one or two other grammar errors, but just keep that one line in mind until we fix it.
Yi, Audio, and I all worked extra hard on this. Yi and I had class, homework, and or papers to write, and we both stayed up really late.

A note to all you people uploading my manga on viewing websites! I made some changes to chapters 1 and 2. Here are the final versions of chapter 1 (Mediafire, Rapid) and chapter 2 (Mediafire, Rapid). Changes include title pages, one or two speech bubbles, etc. (Biggest fixes include Kurou's gender (oops, lol!) and the explanation of the word Arc (what was I thinking?)

Also, I personally don't mind the fact that I see my work up on several manga websites. I love it. Just put up the updated pages and everything is ok.

I don't know what the story is with my editor. Beotkkot hasn't written me in weeks.
Rather than make you all wait, I started my progress blog:

The new manga is called Itoshi wo Tome. (Edit: Not Aishi wo Tome like I thought it was) I have up to around 2 chapters done and just starting the 3rd. Chapter 1 is up. Nothing but semi-cleaned raws and a script. All I did was rotate and crop, and put the script below each page. Beotkkot will have a fantastic edit in release format for you later. We all know my editing skills are nowhere near Beotkkot's, so I won't be able to do much alone...

So for now, enjoy chapter 1 of Itoshi wo Tome. As time goes on, I'll keep adding pages. Perhaps I can get one or two pages done a day, maybe more. Just bookmark the Progress Blog to see what projects I'm working on and how far I am in them.

Hey people! Looks like I did a Shoujo-Ai this time. Quite a nice change of pace, ne?

Thanks to Beotkkot for helping me with some translation problems I had, and for the awesome edit! It's translations like this one that show how vague Japanese can be sometimes, so it's sometimes hard to get it into the right English context. But nonetheless, Haruka x Michiru forever!

Ok! I need help from you!
Advice! Links! The programs to use!

I'm talking about translations.
The more help I get, quite possibly the more I can translate!
As I said before, I want to do one translation about every other month. I do have things to do, and I can't devote every waking moment to Yuri.

First of all! Let me tell you what I have and use.
-4 years of college Japanese (Japanese was my minor)
-a Nintendo DS with Kanji Sonomama DS Rakubiki Jiten (It's a Kanji lookup dictionary! You just draw in the kanji on the touch screen! It's awesome! Anyone who studies Japanese and has a DS should import it! I recomend getting Kanken DS too, if you like taking Kanji quizzes.)
-A laptop. (with Vista... blech! Thinking of dual booting and having Ubuntu as well)
-Rikai-chan (Free! Check it out, it can integrate with Firefox and can look up Japanese words on webpages just by moving your mouse over)
-JWPce (Japanese Word Processing program! Free! Includes full Kanji database and dictionary! best study and work tool ever)
-A HP 1310 Scanner/Printer. (It's not the best, but it gets the job done)
-Jasc Paint Shop Pro 6: I use Paint Shop Pro 6 for image editing and drawing. I've been using it to practice translation finalizing. However, it proved obsolete when it crashed whenever I tried to use Anti-Alias.
-Corel Paint Shop Pro X. I'm still getting used to the interface, but at least it can use Anti-Alias without crashing.

Ok... so that's where I stand. I can pretty much look up any Kanji (though I wish I could find a kanji-draw-in-tool lookup thing as a computer program).
And... yeah. I don't use Photoshop. Should I?

I also decided to use Wild Words, a font I hear is most commonly used for manga editing.

So where do I stand? What should I be using? Does having a minor in Japanese, and even surviving a one year study abroad trip to Tokyo qualify me to translate? Hope so.

I've got a full translation done right now, and I'm stuck on the whole "how to put words into baloons" thing. What if I'm doing it wrong? And what about the whole sound effects issue... edit them to english or leave them in with translations?

My first official translation is done. It will be my practice one. After that, I'm relying on you guys to help me make the stuff you want better! I've also decided my second translation will be a commission. So pick one fast before everyone else, or pick one everyone wants! My decision is final when I decide, so I can't please everyone!

Right! Can't wait for everyone's advice! Catch you on the flip side!
